Have you ever wondered?

Just wondering, have you ever wondered what the people who come up with commercials do all day. I mean WOW... to have a job like that. I imagine they show up to work at about 10. Take a hard earned coffee break (what's a break?) at about 10:30, and of course they probably consumed by hunger by 11, so they GO OUT to lunch (I don't even need to say it)! They are probably back by 12:30. Put in a few hours' work, and then it's off to home by 5. Now that's the life. I know, I know it probably really isn't like that. But...have you ever wondered?
